Things we forgot to take into town with us yesterday:

• my prescription
• Weasel’s library card
• my ‘double points’ voucher for Boots
• water
• a vague idea of how long the riding crop is
• cattle prod

Things stupid people like to do:

• stop in the middle of paths/roads and talk – ensuring they take up as much space as possible in the process
• not look both ways before stepping into paths/roads
• walk down cycle paths and then get surprised when a cyclist comes along and refuses to swerve for them [blood everywhere]
• push prams along cycle paths in the mistaken impression that it is okay because prams have wheels

Things I never want to do again:

• go to town on Saturday unless it is a matter of life/death
• go to town without my MP3 player

Things I enjoyed about stupid town adventure:

• going to the library again for the first time in years [getting some kickass books for free!]
• bitching about people with Weasel afterwards
• coming home
