And having a bottle of ice around is really handy for rubbing all over! (just remember to place it on something to collect the condensation) I'm sorry I was so reserved, it took until Sunday really for me to find my feet properly, and the blinding heat did not help at all :( The visit did the absolute world of good for me, though, it really did! Very much looking forward to more time with you and you both, and to make it able to happen more regularly and more casually - you are wonderful people and... I could seriously gush for hours, tbh. Worldworldworld of good, in every way. Thank you ever so much for having me!
