A special ‘thank you’ to Horatio for posting this for me. Apparently, my host has decided that I have tried logging in too many times [I'm totally not logging in too much!] and has blocked my IP address. For the third time in less than 24-hours. Not happy.
I had epic toast this morning. 4 rounds, light on the butter, 2 rounds with blackcurrant jelly and the other 2 with mandarin marmalade.
It was the RIGHT way to start my day (at stupid-o-clock).
i had toast with cream cheese & vegetarian jambalaya for lunch. whee! and incidentally, vegetarian jambalaya is just canned vegetarian chili + can of “chili beans” (kidney/pinto/something) + leftover rice + tomato soup & whatever leftover soup in the fridge + fake sausage. nom nom nom

And I think I have the most boring toast, but I really like just a lilt bit of peanut butter and jelly on a toasted slice of bread paired with a cup of coffee. It’s easy and uber fast, which is why it’s a default breakfast for me.
