  • Favourite food/drink?: Domino’s pizza - olives, pineapple and extra cheese please! Water for non-alcoholic and Tequila Sunrises for alcohol.
  • Like boys or girls?: Girls and a boy
  • What do you like best about your personality?: Sense of humour
  • What do you like least about your personality?: Lack of confidence
  • What do you like best about your body?: Hair
  • What do you like least about your body?: Tummy
  • Tattoos?: I have one tattoo which is written in Greek meaning ‘always’ or ‘forever’. Weasel has a matching one - we got them for our 5th anniversary.
  • Piercings?: Ears and nose [my nose was ravaged by the illness so not more piercing].
  • What do you shave?: Armpits, legs and some bush shaping.
  • What are your favourite clothes to wear?: Pyjamas.
  • What are you wearing now?: Comfy trousers and tee-shirt.
  • What will you never wear again?: I generally do not buy things I don’t like and when they get worn out, stop fitting or I go off them I get rid of them.
  • Your worst fear?: Heights.
  • Any other phobias?: I don’t feel comfortable walking around at night by myself.

The Second House:

  • How much money do you have in your possession?: I don’t have any money on me, it lives in the bank.
  • How important is money to you?: Fairly, but it isn’t the most or the least important.
  • Any debts you have?: Nope.
  • What are you possessive over?: My expensive shampoo. I’d really rather people didn’t use it.
  • What kind of work do you do?: Technical support and development at a website. None. Illness made me unemployed.
  • How much does it pay?: £0… unless you count benefits.
  • What kind of work do you plan to do later?: No idea if I’ll be able to work again.
  • What was your dream job when you where young?: I wanted to be an accountant when I was in second grade. I stopped liking math in third grade thanks to the evil multiplication tables. As a teenager I wanted to be a counsellor.
  • What would you do with a million pounds?: Buy a house, invest some and save the rest. Would most likely help out friends and family where I could, but to be honest, once you start spending a million pounds you very quickly realise how much money it isn’t.
  • What’s the worst thing you ever bought?: Second computer but not because it is bad as such but because sometimes I miss my wife.
  • What’s the best?: Our bed.
  • What sort of car would you buy?: The one with the best fuel efficiency – although to be honest we have no plans for a car at any point.

The Third House:

  • What’s your IQ?: Somewhere in the 120s I think. I can never remember.
  • What’s your EQ?: 47 – ‘You have very high emotional intelligence.’
  • How many languages do you understand?: One nearly completely and bits and pieces of some others. Love Italian.
  • What ones can you speak?: English
  • In how many languages can you swear?: One
  • What is a topic you wish you knew more about?: Politics. I try, but I get so overwhelmed and depressed that I have to stop. I really would love to understand more about the system and the whys behind the laws.

The Fourth House:

  • Tell about your parents: Two. Met in high school, have been married for 33 years. They’re good people.
  • Do you have any siblings? Describe: Two older sisters. BlanketGirl is married and has two beautiful daughters. She also has an auto-immune condition so we’ve been able to support each other better than anyone else. She’s one of my best friends. Chance is someone I have had troubles with in the past, but I know that if we needed each other we’d be there.
  • Who are your favourite extended family members? And why?: I’m not really close with anyone anymore, putting 4000 miles between you means most people aren’t able to have a fulfilling relationship. I get on really well with my in-laws though, they’re awesome.
  • Are you popular?: No.
  • What one word would people use to describe you?: Sensible.
  • Describe yourself in one word?: Quiet.
  • What is a general misconception people have about you?: That I’m a bitch initially. I am very shy and meeting new people is very stressful for me so I don’t come off very well.

The Fifth House:

  • Where do you express yourself?: My website.
  • What do you consider art?: Anything that moves me.
  • You consider yourself lucky?: Yes.
  • Any luck with gambling?: Waste of time and money.
  • You want children?: No.
  • Do sports?: I love cycling. Solo activities like rowing and stepper are also cool. I’m not so good with the team sports. Well, I loved all this before I got ill, now I’m down with the walking since it is all I can do.
  • Have you ever performed on stage? In what?: Yes. I was in choir all through high school. I also had piano recitals growing up.
  • What are your hobbies?: Computer/internet, some games, reading/writing, singing/music, piano, cooking/baking.
  • What instruments do you play?: Piano. I also took cello, flute and guitar lessons growing up, but none of them stuck.
  • Your favourite artist/music/song?: Anything by Tori Amos.

The Sixth House:

  • Do you consider yourself healthy?: Yes, except for the Wegener’s.
  • Got bad habits or addictions?: Not really.
  • Got any scars? How do you get those?: I have a small scar on my eyebrow from a chickenpox coming off. I have a surgical scar under my right ear where they took out a strange bump. Surgical scar on my left shoulder to fix damage caused by a car accident. Tip of left ring finger is missing having been clipped off in a screen door at age four. Two lines on my left knee from hitting it on a CD-ROM drive [nerdy!]. Other random various marks cover my shins.
  • Ever broke something?: My foot twice. My wrist. My left pinkie.
  • What was the worst physical pain you ever had?: Wegener’s granulomatosis.
  • How are your teeth doing?: Great! Brush twice a day, floss once a day and use mouth wash.

The Seventh House:

  • What are you looking for in your partner?: A partner.
  • Describe the ideal men/women for you?: Weasel.
  • Got a relationship at this time?: Yes.
  • How is it going?: Good.
  • Describe the nicest thing a partner ever did for you?: Picked me up when I fell down - physically, emotionally, spiritually and intellectually.
  • Ever had your heart broken?: In the usual teenage way.
  • Are you a virgin?: No.
  • What makes you hot?: My wife, my boyfriend, redheads.
  • How do you make yourself sexy?: Grooming.
  • Choose: Daily good sex or a minute of pure love?: Pure love. I can masturbate.

The Eighth House:

  • What foreign countries have you visited?: USA, Italy, Scotland, France.
  • What countries do you want to visit?: Iceland, Netherlands, Germany, Egypt, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, China… anywhere.
  • Any vacations worth mentioning?: Pisa with Horatio was really amazing and I’d love to do something like that again. Pick a city and go for a long weekend. Weasel and I have been talking about Amsterdam for years.
  • What was your worst holiday?: I don’t think I’ve had a bad one.
  • What is your life philosophy?: As long as I’m basically a good person, I’ll be okay. Always seek knowledge, there is no end to learning.
  • Do you have any religion?: Not really.
  • How do you feel about death?: Apathetic.
  • What is your political standpoint?: Liberal.
  • What about Israel?: Awful, sad situation that I doubt will ever be resolved.
  • What about Holland?: Tulips.
  • What’s so great about the nation you call home?: The British sense of humour and the ‘I don’t want to make a fuss’ mentality. How green it is. Love love love.
  • Do you put yourself into a certain social class?: Middle maybe leading into upper middle.
  • What have you learned in life?: It changes quickly so try not to get too concerned with the present.

The Ninth House:

  • Who is your best friend?: Weasel.
  • What is your life goal?: To be happy.
  • How far are you from reaching it?: Not far, majority of the time I feel pretty damn good.
  • What will you do from now to get closer to it?: Keep going, working hard and listening to my body.
